How to understand Biodiesel: From Feedstock to Certificate of Analysis according to EN 14214

Association Quality Management Biodiesel (AGQM) together with ASG Analytik-Service AG offers a three-day seminar for biodiesel analytics.

A fundamental requirement for marketing and use of biodiesel in the European Union is the compliance with the limits for all parameters of EN 14214.

In the offered seminar theoretical as well as practical knowledge about EN 14214 will be provided. There will be different lectures about the legal basis, current developments in the standardization committees and biodiesel production. In a pilot plant, the participants will produce biodiesel themselves which they will analyze during the following days.

The seminar addresses to interested specialist personnel in laboratories and quality assurance departments of biodiesel producers or the mineral oil industry or everyone in the biodiesel distribution sector.

During the seminar, intensive consulting will be available from the staff of ASG Analytik-Service AG. The seminar will familiarize the participants with quality and engine related aspects and communicate in-depth knowledge of the significance of the different quality parameters.

The participants will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the seminar which can be considered as evidence for further training for example ISO 9001.

Due to the intensive consulting the number of participants is limited.
